Cleveland Meal Prep started with one delivery day a week and a short menu. Catering grew out of it, because the people who ordered dinner on Wednesday kept asking us to feed their office, their graduation, their wedding.
So that's the business now: catering as the main event, and a weekly meal that keeps us cooking for the same neighborhoods in between. Cleveland, Lakewood, Parma, Westlake, Brecksville, Independence, Cleveland Heights, Parma Heights.
How we work
We put it in writing
Menu, per-guest price, staffing and delivery — itemized before you commit to anything. If a number changes later, you hear it from us first.
We answer
Calls and texts get a human, usually the same day. The week of your event, you have a direct number, not a general inbox.
We cook for the date
Menus are built around what's actually good that week and how your guests will eat — standing, seated, arriving — rather than a fixed catalog.
We'd rather say no
If your date, headcount or budget isn't a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. It costs us one job and saves you an event.
What to expect on the phone
Four questions: what day, how many people, where, and what kind of event. From that we can usually tell you a per-guest range on the spot, and whether the date is open, before anyone talks about deposits.
