Everything is cooked to order for your date — not pulled from a standing tray line. You choose how far we go: leave the trays and disappear, or run the whole floor with staff.
Drop-off catering
Hot food in chafers or on platters, arranged on your table with serving utensils, dietary labels and a clear plan for what goes where. Best for office lunches, showers and casual parties.
Full-service catering
A lead plus servers who set the room, keep the line full, clear plates and leave the space the way they found it. Plated, family-style or buffet.
Each of these gets its own menu logic — timing, holding, how people actually eat at that kind of event.
Office catering for Cleveland, Independence and Westlake teams. Boxed lunches for meetings that can't pause, hot buffets for all-hands, breakfast for early starts. Invoicing and recurring weekly orders are no problem.
